- Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately according to dealership and Ford standards
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more)
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended services and time estimates
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work approach
- Stay current with Ford training, technology, and repair procedures
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintain a positive shop culture
- Ford Certification preferred
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level or higher)
- Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
- Basic computer competency
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
