• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, cold beverage equipment, ice makers, in addition to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• May be responsible for training Preventative Maintenance Techs on HVAC‑related equipment, and training for lesser experienced technicians.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills:
  
  Leadership, peer‑to‑peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.
