Maintenance Technician

As demand increases, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker to join us in empowering and transforming each community we partner with.

• Painting and surface prep
• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting and mopping
• Execute minor repairs: fillings in walls, minor plumbing, maintaining drainage systems
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Update maintenance records daily
• Replace light bulbs and other routine maintenance tasks
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation)
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Report to a facilities or maintenance supervisor with any issues

• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with drywall work
• Ability to work productively under stressful, fast‑paced conditions
• High accountability for work assignments and duties
• Follow directions and work with minimal supervision
• Apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment (e.g., back belt, safety glasses)
• Work in non‑air‑conditioned environments, where applicable
• Willingness to work variable hours, including overtime
• Strong teamwork skills for high​ performance results
• Take initiative and sense of urgency in task completion
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 20‑50 lbs.
  • Lift up to 100 lbs. when necessary.
• Perform repetitive motions: bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, sitting, and occasional crawling.
  • Reach overhead and type on a keyboard.
• Smoke‑free environment.
