Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately according to dealership and Ford standards
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more)
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended services and time estimates
Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work approach
Stay current with Ford training, technology, and repair procedures
Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintain a positive shop culture
Ford Certification preferred
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level or higher)
Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
Basic computer competency
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
