Security Officer - Main Lobby Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a government office front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies;
Control access by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor badges, and directing individuals to the appropriate department or meeting area;
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels when assigned, and report suspicious activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities and communicating updates to appropriate contacts;
Complete required reports and logs, document security-related events, and communicate shift activity and pending issues during post turnover
