Provide customer service to visitors and personnel at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining access logs, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; report irregular activity and/or policy violations through required communication channels.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting actions taken and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, public areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
