West Palm Beach, FL. Position Type:
Flex. Pay: $17.00 / hr.

Schedule:

Mon & Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM. This is a driving post; you will use a company vehicle to conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, deliver exceptional customer service and communication, and respond to situations as needed.

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential community.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and property management as needed.
• Document and submit detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and the site management team.

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
