Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Manager based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing client communications, leading sales presentations, and fostering partnerships with community businesses. You will also lead a sales team, track performance metrics, and ensure that sales goals are consistently met while maintaining the company’s high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in business development, customer relationship management, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Leadership aptitude to manage sales teams, set goals, and monitor performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders alike.
  • Experience with CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales forecasting methods is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the office solutions or shared workspace industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach with a passion for creating positive client experiences.
