Newera Aesthetics is a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company specializing in FDA-cleared RF Microneedling technology. We provide med spas, aesthetic practices, and medical offices with a high-performance, cost-effective alternative to legacy devices—without sacrificing results, safety, or support.
We are expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to help introduce our technology to the aesthetics market.
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time. Prospect and engage med spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery offices. Educate providers on RF microneedling technology and our device s clinical + financial advantages. Book demos (in-person or virtual) and manage the sales process from first contact to close. Build and maintain a pipeline using outbound outreach, referrals, social media, and networking. Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market efforts
High Ticket Commission only role!
Prior experience in aesthetics or related industries is required!
Qualifications- Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of and enthusiasm for the products and services offered
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse clients needs
- Flexibility to work part-time with remote accessibility
- Prior experience in aesthetics or related industries
