Job Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of probate, inheritance and estate advances. They serve a national consumer market over the phone and through the internet, providing cash advances to consumers awaiting an inheritance that is tied up in probate court or otherwise delayed. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and seek motivated sales representatives to join their growing team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $40,000 to $50,000 and commissions that reward performance.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for speaking with people from all over the country. Their most successful reps build strong, positive, and empathetic relationships with customers who find the company on the internet and transact over the phone. You will be provided with a robust pipeline of customer leads and opportunities generated by prior customer and professional referrals, inbound calls, and sophisticated internet-based marketing and will be responsible for explaining the services offered, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and closing transactions which help the customers meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of detail-oriented inbound and outbound consumer calls with a professional, respectful, and caring attitude.
  • Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and support staff.
  • Welcome training and guidance from more experienced managers and co-workers and then, once trained, offer training and guidance to newer hires.
  • Track all sales-related activities in a Customer Relations Management System.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

Requirements:

  • No prior probate or estate law knowledge or experience necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills, good judgment, patience, excellent listening skills, ability to manage multiple sales opportunities - from initial point of contact to closure-simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
