DescriptionLocation: Tri county area (Broward, Palm Beach, Dade)
Base Compensation: $80K - $88K Based on Experience
Uncapped Commissions: Actual earnings depend on performance; top executives can earn $200K+ in year 2 and beyond.
Benefits: 100% Medical paid, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contribution
Car Allowance: $7,800/year

The Hard WorkExpect evening meetings, driving, cold calling (~70 calls/day), stepping out of your comfort zone, and managing industry politics and performance pressure.
Primary Responsibilities- Meet with two associations weekly
- Track data and progress in CRM
- Develop strategic partnerships to generate leads
- Manage targets and develop outreach strategies
- Identify root causes and propose solutions
- Travel approximately 15% to Naples
- Share EOS Vision and Core Values
- Proven success in closing new business
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Background in association management, hospitality, or business development
- Established network in relevant industries

Requirements- 10+ years in business development, sales, or management in medium to large companies
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Experience selling solutions-oriented services
- Existing network in service, hospitality, or community management sectors
- Ability to meet/exceed sales targets
