Role DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Sales Representative to sell our call center services to businesses across multiple industries. This role requires proactive prospecting, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to leverage platforms such as Linked In to generate and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new business using Linked In Sales Navigator, outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify decision‑makers and engage prospects through Linked In messaging and connection strategies
- Present and sell call center services (inbound, outbound, customer support, lead generation, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in a CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in call center, BPO, or service‑based industries
- Strong experience using Linked In for prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑driven
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
