The successful individual will leverage their retail proficiency to exceed sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody the Kate Spade brand experience.

• Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, connecting personally with guests using selling skills.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate sales culture and initiate business‑driving events.
• Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to customers, building brand equity.
• Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures, including register counts, bank deposits, and facility security.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS systems preferred.

• Availability for store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
