Responsibilities &

Job Duties
  • Operate all store equipment and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Stock ingredients, stock storage areas, walk‑in cooler, and prepare product for service.
  • Process telephone orders, taking accurate orders and providing correct written instructions.
  • Conduct inventory, complete associated paperwork, and perform cost controls.
  • Perform cash control, ensure accurate monetary change, and manage daily cash count.
  • Staff management: hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching crew members.
  • Handle all paperwork, including labor, inventory, and compliance forms.
  • Maintain and uphold the store’s visual standards (cleanliness, signage, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to Domino’s policies, procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, both in‑person and over the phone.
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely transportation to/from work.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and monitor profitability.
General

Job Duties

  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communication & Essential Functions
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
  • In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
  • Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
  • Fumes from food odors.
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust.
  • Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing most tasks from a standing position.
  • Walking.
  • Lifting: bulk product deliveries (case of up to 50 pounds, 3' x 1.5').
  • Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb per tray).
  • Pushing: trays on dollies (24–30 lb, force up to 7.5 lb).
  • Climbing: navigate stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
  • Forward bending at waist: at pizza assembly station, front counter, stocking ingredients.
  • Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
  • Reaching: up, down, forward throughout the day.
  • Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential, frequent use of hands, forearms, wrists during dough shaping.
Additional Information
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments, and decisions.
