  • Drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in all store processes.
  • Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
  • Lead talent through recruiting, training, engagement and development.
  • Create an inclusive place of belonging for team and customers.
  • Promote from within; build a foundation for future leaders of the store’s organization.
