• Sales Floor: Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions that align with company priorities. Takes ownership and is committed to delivering results while remaining aware of personal and store metrics. Creates personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with management, and develops short‑ and long‑term plans to achieve personal performance goals. Provides in‑depth product knowledge, discusses features, builds the sale with cross‑selling, and tailors the approach to each customer’s needs.

• Operations: Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards. Maintains store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and cash‑wrap operations. Completes inventory, replenishment, and asset‑protection procedures. Processes customer transactions efficiently and organizes functional areas for optimal store performance.
• Handles scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days.
• Uses Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building, clienteling, and sales strategies.
• Maintains a calm, professional demeanor and fosters a collaborative, trust‑based environment with teammates and customers.

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Cash‑register, computer, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie‑talkie proficiency.
• Physical ability to work a fast pace, move within sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) on product shipment or transfers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days.

Base Pay Range: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

* Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
