Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser in West Palm Beach. You will engage with local retailers to optimize Hallmark product placement, support seasonal resets, and maintain inventory levels.

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark.

• Hourly pay: $15.00–$17.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Annual pay increases are eligible.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 8–12 per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory in assigned stores using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisors and report time. Provide feedback and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional support during peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). May work on the actual holiday.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, fixture building, and product relocation. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers as needed in the Hallmark field network.

Physically demanding job. Must consistently lift, pull, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders as required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to scheduled stores.
