We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager. The role requires strong supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and leadership.
• Coach and develop sales associates to reach sales and customer service goals.
• Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ensure high‑quality customer experience and operational excellence.
• Work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring others.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and cash reconciliation.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
