Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

Lead the future of snacking by fulfilling merchandising needs for our world‑famous brands through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude, capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal devices.
• Physical capacity to lift, bend, carry up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs; ability to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of West Palm Beach, FL (also acceptable in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Green Acres, FL).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Hourly rate: $14.00–$17.00 (based on relevant experience).
