About Us Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is more than just a hotel; it’s an extension of the local neighborhood. Nestled in the heart of the city, we are home to two signature concepts: Banter, our ground-floor restaurant featuring Florida-inspired flavors, and Treehouse, our iconic 13th-floor rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the ocean and the city skyline.
Our beverage program is urban, sophisticated, and deeply rooted in genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a talented Bartender who thrives in a high-energy environment, possesses a passion for craft mixology, and knows exactly how to make our guests feel like locals.
What You’ll Do As a Bartender, you are the heartbeat of our bar experience. Whether you’re crafting a signature cocktail overlooking the city at Treehouse or serving a curated glass of wine at Banter, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional vibe and flawless service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Genuine Hospitality: Provide warm, professional, and engaging service that aligns with the Canopy brand.
Precision Execution: Masterfully prepare craft cocktails, local beers, and premium wines with consistency and speed.
Maintain the Standard: Keep bar areas, wells, and storage impeccably clean and organized.
Handle the Heat: Support the service bar during peak volume with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
Be the Expert: Guide guests through our menus with confident, personalized recommendations.
The Details Matter: Assist with prep, batching, garnishes, and inventory rotation to ensure we’re always "service ready."
Safety First: Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with FOH and BOH teams to provide a cohesive guest experience across all outlets.
This role may support shifts at both Banter and Treehouse depending on scheduling and business needs.
What We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you are:
Experienced: 2+ years of experience behind a high-volume or craft bar.
Skillful: Confident in classic cocktail builds and modern craft execution.
Composed: Fast, calm, and accurate when the "rush" hits.
Guest-Focused: Polished, hospitable, and able to build a rapport with both travelers and locals.
A Professional: Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
Passionate: Truly excited about creative cocktails and a high-quality beverage program.
Why Work With Us

Growth Potential: Opportunities for development within the Canopy brand and Driftwood Hospitality Management.
Travel Perks: Enjoy Worldwide Hilton employee travel discounts for Friends and Family.
