Restaurant Office Administrator – Del Mar West Palm Beach

New restaurant opening March 2026. Join Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as an Office Administrator to make “Raving Fans” of associates, guests, partners, and the communities we serve.

What Is Your Role?

Assist the management team in daily functions including invoicing, floorplan development, and private dining sales support. Create a positive first impression for guests on the phone and in person, and provide outstanding administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and financial records.
  • Develop and update floor plans.
  • Support private dining sales and guest relations.
  • Provide excellent phone and in‑person customer service.
  • Enforce restaurant appearance, uniform, and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with management and teammates to improve processes.
  • Use equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
