Site Acquisition Associate (Development & Investment Division)
Location:
West Palm Beach, FL – On‑site only
Rich Global is seeking a relentless and resourceful Site Acquisition Associate to drive the discovery and acquisition of high‑value real‑estate opportunities across Florida and the southeastern United States. This position is built for a natural deal‑hunter—someone who thrives on finding what others can’t, building relationships directly with property owners, and uncovering off‑market opportunities before they ever hit the listing networks. You’ll help source the next generation of Rich Global developments, including LIHTC housing sites, Qualified Opportunity Zone properties, value‑add industrial and retail assets, and strategic land positions for future projects.
This is a high‑impact role with clear, performance‑based incentives tied to successfully sourced and acquired sites.
What You’ll Do- Constantly research and pursue off‑market property opportunities across multiple asset classes
- Directly contact property owners via phone, email, and in‑person outreach to introduce Rich Global and discuss sale or partnership opportunities
- Create and distribute letters, email campaigns, and digital outreach to targeted ownership lists
- Engage in online forums, Facebook groups, and local community boards to identify early or unlisted opportunities
- Build relationships with brokers, planners, attorneys, and local officials to maintain market visibility and deal flow
- Track and manage all leads, communications, and property data in Hub Spot, , and CRM systems
- Research zoning, entitlements, and development potential of candidate properties
- Prepare internal property summaries, ownership details, and acquisition recommendations
- Coordinate property tours, site visits, and due diligence collection
- Collaborate with the Development team to evaluate project feasibility and fit
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline of qualified sites and update leadership regularly on progress
- Work directly with the CEO and Director of Development to prioritize target markets and asset classes
- Participate in the creation of acquisition campaigns, investor updates, and opportunity briefs
- Earn incentive compensation for qualifying properties that advance into acquisition or development
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, acquisitions, land development, or related field
- Strong understanding of property research, ownership tracing, and off‑market sourcing methods
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills—comfortable engaging directly with owners and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Loop Net, CoStar, Land Vision, Reonomy, Property Appraiser tools, and GIS systems
- Persistent and organized – able to manage hundreds of prospects at various stages of outreach
- Self‑motivated with the ability to perform at a high level with limited supervision
- Strong writing and presentation skills for ownership letters and internal reports
- Based in or able to commute to West Palm Beach full‑time – no remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
