Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Beach Breeze Rehab & Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This critical role plays a key part in overseeing infection prevention and control
, driving clinical excellence
, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the facility.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the facility’s infection prevention and control program
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical policies and procedures
- Educate, mentor, and support nursing staff on best practices in infection control and resident care
- Conduct routine audits, surveillance, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely infection control documentation
- Participate in QAPI initiatives and promote continuous quality improvement
- Active Florida RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting
- At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards and healthcare regulations
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
