Position SummaryThe Med/Surg Tele Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and ensures safe, quality care to patients in a family centered care environment utilizing the nursing process. In addition, this RN maintains Best Practice by monitoring compliance through the Performance Improvement process. S/he serves as a resource to guide, educate, transition and mentor new hires into the critical care specialty.
S/he assists with bedside procedures, equipment set-up, and ensuring critical care staff are adequately prepared and can apply knowledge and skills at the bedside. S/he assists with nurse, physician, and patient satisfaction and assists them by navigating them through the critical care experience to ensure the best possible experience. S/he educates staff, ensures staff competency and application at the bedside, and assists in the evaluation of the service line staff.
S/he will work in conjunction with the leadership team to oversee the clinical application throughout the orientation process.

Bachelor Degree - Experience:
2-3 yrs - License: REGISTERED NURSE
- Certifications:
- BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
- ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
