Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $32/hour

Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you are committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery
- Order, manage, and monitor medications, medical supplies, and equipment
- Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- Provide wound care and other clinical treatments as assigned
- Accurately document resident conditions, treatments, and responses
- Maintain strict resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
- Active LPN license in the State of Florida
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
