We are looking for Registered Nurses to work alongside medical professionals who bring compassion and expertise to serving the needs of a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will assess patients and provide care with critical thinking to integrate objective data with the subjective needs of each patient’s biological, physical, and behavioral health.

Shifts:

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem.

Deliver a high standard of medical care according to the specific orders of each patient’s physician. Work with an integrated, multidisciplinary team. Follow a care model that supports the wellness of patients and staff. Serve as a primary source of medical information for patients and caregivers. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment of care for patients and families.

• Identify, assess, and monitor patients’ health conditions
• Administer medications and provide treatment according to physician’s orders
• Provide health education, medication review, healthcare coordination, and referrals
• Monitor blood pressure and chronic conditions
• Ensure all treatments and medications are documented in patients’ health records

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing
• Licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Two or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
