Position: RN/LPN Supervisor
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Salary: RN: $36 - $40/hour | LPN: $32 - $36/hour

Beach Breeze Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, provide staff support, and ensure our residents receive the highest level of care.

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to job responsibilities and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist with facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, maintaining readiness and compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance, promote best practices, and support clinical excellence.

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long‑term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
