CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR – Full Time, Day Shift

West Palm Beach, Florida

This full‑time position (40 hours per week) offers comprehensive benefit packages and a convenient day shift schedule. Wellington Regional Medical Center is a 235‑bed, acute care community hospital located in Wellington, Florida, accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized for its commitment to advanced technologies and community service.

Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for staff across the hospital. Develop programs in collaboration with the Staff Development Director and the Director of the assigned hospital areas, aligning them with organizational goals, policies, regulations, and performance improvement initiatives. Assist in the clinical placement of students within and surrounding the community. Report to the Staff Development Director.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS provider, instructor certification within six months of hire
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Minimum of one (1) year recent experience as an educator in an acute care setting
• Telemetry and Critical Care experience preferred
• BSN required; MSN preferred
