• The Director is a registered nurse who uses critical thinking skills to direct and evaluate patient care activities occurring within their assigned area of demonstrated clinical expertise.
• Leads and motivates professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge, and skill base.
• Coordinates with other members of the health‑care team to ensure quality patient care.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in nursing.
• Experience: 3‑5 years.
• Certifications: Registered Nurse (State of FL), BLS (American Heart Association).
