Job PurposeThe Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, guest traffic, and revenue growth across four Drive Shack locations through strategic local marketing, partnerships, digital campaigns, and on‑site activations. This role serves as the primary marketing leader for the assigned markets, collaborating with venue leadership and corporate teams to execute promotions, events, and initiatives that elevate guest experience and increase visitation.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute local marketing strategies across four Drive Shack venues to increase traffic, sales, and brand awareness
- Plan and oversee promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and special events
- Partner with General Managers and Operations leaders to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage community outreach, sponsor ships, and local partnerships
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and local advertising
- Support group sales, corporate events, and nightlife programming with targeted marketing efforts
- Track performance metrics including campaign ROI, guest engagement, and traffic trends
- Manage local marketing budgets and vendor relationships
- Oversee execution of brand standards across signage, collateral, and in‑venue promotions
- Work with creative and corporate marketing teams to localize national campaigns
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends
- Support grand openings, re‑brands, and new activations as needed
- Ensure marketing materials comply with brand and legal guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, nightlife, or multi‑unit retail
- Proven success driving local‑market campaigns and partnerships
- Experience managing multiple locations or territories
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working nights and weekends to support events and activations
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media tools
- Combination of office, field, and on‑site venue work
- Frequent travel between assigned locations
- Evening and weekend hours required for events and promotions
- Fast‑paced, high‑energy entertainment environment
- Extended periods of standing or walking during venue
