Industrial Maintenance Technician

There is an urgent opening for an experienced technician to maintain, repair, and optimize heavy industrial machinery and equipment across two general buildings.

This position is vital to smooth and efficient operations.

Salary: $52,000 - $66,560 per year

8 AM - 4 PM —

Education:

High School

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and related systems in 2 general buildings
• Equipment’s that we work with are the following:
  Hydraulic presses, welding machines, automated saws, air systems, lathes, CNC & manual, pneumatic equipment, water jet machine
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Replace defective parts, such as gears, bearings, and other components.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop appropriate repair strategies.
• Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance.
• Adjust and fine‑tune equipment settings based on operational requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used an time spent.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
