Overview

Project Manager – We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project success.

• Coordinate project transition and start-up processes to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through mobilization.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee and manage project cash flow, including forecasting, billing, and cost control.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of direct reports and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, generate, and submit technical documentation and project records in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support during the construction phase, addressing technical, operational, and coordination needs.
• Implement and manage project safety and risk management programs in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all personnel on site.
• Participate in and maintain required training, certifications, and professional development programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Foundation, Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• This is a full-time role on-site at our West Palm Beach Florida office.
