Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Manager LCAM role located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining building infrastructure. The role includes handling resident communications, financial planning, enforcing community rules, and leading maintenance projects to protect property value and ensure a well-functioning environment.

Qualifications
  • LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) certification in good standing and thorough knowledge of Florida statutes relating to HOA and condominium management.
  • Strong skills in building systems management, including elevators, life-safety operations, and mechanical system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in vendor coordination, budget development, and cost control strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with homeowners, board members, and vendors.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with detailed property inspections, preventive maintenance plans, and record-keeping.
  • Strong technology and software proficiency, including property management software or tools.
  • Three or more years of property management experience; experience with high-rise or complex properties is highly desirable.
