We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee ultra-luxury residential construction in West Palm Beach. These projects include oceanfront estates, private theaters, infinity pools, and custom architectural details.

• Oversee ultra-luxury residential construction projects in West Palm Beach, including oceanfront estates, private theaters, infinity pools, and custom architectural details.
• Lead coordination with artisans, architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage project scope, develop and monitor schedules, control costs, issue RFIs, and process change orders as needed.

• Experience in high-end residential construction with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with top architects and designers to bring visionary projects to life.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
