Cleaning Services
This Job Is for the Ones Who Don’t Mind Getting Their Hands Dirty — and Like Knowing They Made a Difference.
You like things clean. Not because someone told you to — because it feels right. Because a clean space brings peace. Because someone’s going to walk into that lobby, office, or conference room tomorrow morning and say, "Wow, it smells good in here." And you made that happen.
This isn’t just a side gig or second job — though it works great as one. It’s a place where your effort shows up, every day. You’ll clock in, clean up, and head home knowing you made a visible difference. You don’t need a degree to do that. You need hustle, consistency, and pride in your work.
If that’s you? You might just be one of us.
What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)You’ll be part of a small, tight‑knit evening crew assigned to a commercial property. Some are corporate offices, some are retail plazas, and others are condo buildings — where we clean only the shared common areas, like lobbies, gyms, hallways, and elevators. Every property depends on us to create a spotless, professional experience for the people who use it.
- General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces.
- Restroom sanitizing and restocking.
- Trash removal and recycling.
- Breakroom and shared kitchen cleaning in office spaces.
- Disinfecting high-touch areas like doorknobs, elevator buttons, and railings.
- Using safety gear and CDC-approved disinfectants.
- Reporting equipment needs or unusual conditions to your supervisor.
No living spaces. No homes. No guesswork. Just precision and pride in keeping commercial spaces consistently clean.
What You Bring- You’re physically active and ready to move — this job keeps you on your feet.
- You take pride in leaving things better than you found them.
- You’re proactive and independent — no babysitting required.
- You show up when you say you will and finish what you start.
- You’re bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus, not a must).
- You can work Monday–Friday evenings — usually 6:00 to 10:30 PM.
- Part-time, steady evening hours that fit your life.
- Bi‑Weekly pay ($14–$15/hour depending on location).
- Opportunities for overtime when covering shifts.
- Paid training on pro equipment like auto scrubbers and floor burnishers.
- 90‑day path to becoming a Tam Care Mentor (supporting new team members).
- One-year path to Site Supervisor promotion.
- Support from Jr., our head trainer — he’s not a boss, he’s a resource.
- Building assignments close to home in Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami‑Dade County.
We clean commercial buildings — and we do it with pride. Our clients count on us to maintain the shared spaces that shape how people experience their workday, shopping trip, or community. We’re not here for shortcuts. We’re here for standards — and the people who uphold them.
