A leading sugar refining company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning in West Palm Beach, FL. The role requires a minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain planning with a focus on Demand Planning. Responsibilities include leading demand planners, driving improvements in demand planning KPIs, and supporting Sales in the Annual Operating Plan development. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
