We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You will manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Experience working Workers Compensation cases required.
Responsibilities- Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to workers' compensation cases.
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents, evidence, and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case preparation and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies.
- Experience working Workers' Compensation cases required.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and research skills.
- Ability to manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
