Personal Injury Counsel​/Partner

H&P Executive Search have been engaged by a long term client to lateral in a Counsel/Partner to work within an ex Big Law Team to help support the Lead Partner in running the team and scaling up the team.

This full-service firm are anthesis to the rest of the market; you won't be logging insane billable hours and they're family first.

• Work with 1 of the leading Partners in this space who is retained by some of the largest Gig economy and retail corporates in the US
• Have a say in how to run the team/scale up the practice
• Operate at a high level without sacrificing your weekends away from family
• 1950 billable hours, no one at the firm goes above 2100 in their busiest year.
• Remote or in office options.

• Taking the lead on Auto-negligence & Premises Liability cases
• Whether it be straight away or in future; heading out to market with the Lead Partner to originate more clients.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
• Responsible for running the team in the Partners absence.

• 5+ years of experience whether that be insurance defence, plantiff side, SA or PD office
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently
