Our Real Estate Practice Group represents developers, investors, lenders, builders, and institutional clients across Florida and beyond. The team handles all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, financing, land use, zoning, and construction related matters. The group is honored by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend, with several attorneys holding Florida Bar Board Certification in Real Estate.

We are an attorney to join our statewide Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial real estate transactions from term sheet to closing and will support a wide range of development, acquisition, financing, and leasing matters.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in all phases of buying, selling, developing, leasing, and financing commercial real estate.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, development agreements, and closing instruments.
- Advise developers, investors, property owners, and lenders on project strategy, risk management, and regulatory matters.
- Assist with land use and zoning issues, including navigating local and state regulatory processes.
- Coordinate with colleagues in related practice areas such as finance, corporate law, tax, and construction when structuring complex transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and support ongoing business objectives through responsive and effective communication.
- 5–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into effective legal solutions.
