. This is a high-impact, fully onsite role supporting the General Counsel on a wide range of transactional and operational matters. • Support legal filings, business licenses, and internal compliance documentation
• Collaborate with other legal team members to ensure smooth operations
• Act as a notary and assist with general legal department administration

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in a legal setting, with a focus on commercial real estate
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Florida Notary Public license
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
