Our prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with experience in the legal industry, who is passionate about the law and thrives in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in supporting our legal team with complex litigation cases and providing superior service to our clients.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year.

- Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conducting legal research, factual investigation, and document analysis.
- Managing case files and maintaining case‑related correspondence.
- Coordinating and managing court deadlines, appointments, and schedules.
- Liaising with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
- Drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
- Preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and meetings, and taking notes, managing exhibits, and assisting with trial and deposition preparation.
- Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Bachelor s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field. A paralegal certificate is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in client relations, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, calendaring, e‑filing, and procedural requirements.
- Excellent research and report‑writing skills, with proficiency in legal citation rules and legal terminology.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
