• High trial exposure with autonomy and support

• 710+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience with contract drafting and transactional work preferred
• Real estate law experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build a best-in-class litigation team

• Manage a docket of civil litigation and transactional matters from inception through resolution
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership to drive case strategy and execution
• Communicate proactively and effectively with clients
• Contribute to the ongoing development of litigation processes and systems
