Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of legal proceedings and the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients. Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel, witnesses, experts, courts, and clerks; assist in all aspects of case preparation to preserve and assert clients’ rights to obtain most favorable outcome/resolution
  • Conduct basic liability investigation; manage client relations; identify potential disclosures and exhibits
  • Draft and distribute letters; file documents with Florida E-Filing Portal
  • Interview clients and witnesses; ensure sufficiency of form and content of documents and conformity with local rules and courtroom-specific procedural requirements
  • Coordinate witnesses and produce responsive, non-privileged documents; collect, organize, and evaluate evidence
  • Review case files for upcoming deadlines and action items; determine specific requirements for discovery and third-party evidence-collection
  • Review and analyze production; prepare and package presentation of case materials; prepare hearing materials
  • Research statutory notice requirements; draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and statutory notice letters
  • Assist in trial preparation and trial process, scheduling
