One is pleased to partner with a law firm who has an opening for a Legal Assistant - Litigation in their beautiful West Palm Beach office. This role is Hybrid. Join a robust team in the Commercial Litigation Group and work with a team of paralegals who provide comprehensive support to the attorneys.

Responsibilities
  • Calendaring, scheduling meetings and providing support to the group’s Litigation attorneys and paralegals.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of matters and information.
  • Interact with court personnel, attorneys and staff to obtain and provide data, answer questions, and resolve problems.
  • Prepare and review letters and memoranda using document management systems.
  • Processes requests for payment and reimbursements.
  • Assists in managing client contacts, emails, and print documents as well as processing mail.
  • Files documents with courts electronically.
  • Drafts documents and filings.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years litigation experience in a law firm or in-house setting
  • Proficiency with InTapp, iManage and Bighand preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida office 4 days a week
Compensation

$46,000 - $63,000 based on experience.
