Our Client, a seasoned downtown West Palm Beach law firm with established clientele and great reputation, seeks an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit, wanting security today, long term equity, and a soul that's organically compelled to always operate in the business interests of the client.

A 20 year real estate law firm and title company needs an experienced real estate attorney, with deep knowledge of the residential transactions, realtor needs, business leverages, commercial leases, related areas of law on real property matters, title, and an advanced business acumen.

Candidates must be great communicators, ability to wow new clients, with "out of the box" resolutions, possess persuasive negotiation skills, have strong research and analytical skills, strong efficient writer, ability to work in teams or solo, in an unstructured environment, be accountable for their production, and receive the support of a seasoned legal team.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience, and work into equity

Key Responsibilities
  • Work autonomously but in an incredible learning and work environment.
  • Work closely with 2 veteran attorneys, capable legal support staff, and one of the strongest title teams in FL
  • 40 hour in office, downtown WPB
  • Flexibility for family matters
  • Easy free parking
  • English, and Spanish would help
  • Google Docs, MS Office, working knowledge of Clio would help, but not necessary
Qualifications
  • 3-5 solid years in real property
  • Deep knowledge of residential: contracts and negotiations, motivations of real estate agents, Title, deeds, title policy operations, surveys, leasing & eviction and HOA/COA operations
  • Working knowledge: entity, corporate, formation, buy/sell, commercial leasing & eviction, commercial property buy/sell and business buy/sell
  • Peripheral decent knowledge of probate, wills, trusts and estates, taxation
