Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage client requests
- Issue bonds in compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines; seek approval on all items outside of authority
- Rate and invoice new bonds
- Ensure invoices are processed timely and accurately
- Process endorsements and cancellations
- File bonds and correspondence electronically into Agency system
- Develop relationships with clients and surety representatives
