• Diagnose and repair computers, tablets, and information systems
• Install, configure, and remove software on computers/devices and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues
• Provide day-to-day onsite and remote technical support
• Respond to help desk calls and document/classify incidents
• Manage system access to team members (Access Management)
• Communicate effectively with staff across departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in a similar IT or hardware repair role
• Intermediate computer and technology knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Comfortable working in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
