Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service and install computer equipment by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems while providing excellent customer service and meeting service level commitments.
• Adherence to all compliance processes and procedures.
• Self-manage workload, overtime, inventory and all administrative functions.
• Gain up to date knowledge of all technology, processes, policies and procedures.

• Tech school or equivalent computer job experience
• Must demonstrate strong trouble shooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer hardware and software applications.
• Must be self-directed with excellent follow up and organizational skills.
• Tech School with GED or HS Diploma
