We are seeking a strategic, operationally minded Director of Technology Enablement on behalf of our client. This role exists to ensure the agency’s investments in platforms like Hub Spot, Click Up, GA4, and Pitchbox directly support scale, margin, and productivity — not overhead.
The Director will own platform configuration, integration, adoption, and ROI measurement across internal teams, creating measurable impact across delivery, sales, finance, and operations. This position is intentionally structured to promote to VP of Technology Enablement within 12–18 months, based on business outcomes.
Platform Configuration & Best-Practice Enablement- Audit platforms for misconfiguration, underutilized features, and inconsistent usage
- Bring platforms (e.g. Hub Spot, Click Up, Looker Studio) to best-practice usage
- Define “how we use this tool” documentation
- Eliminate ad hoc workflows
- Own GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and attribution/reporting standards
- Ensure data is accurate, actionable, and trusted
- Standardize naming conventions, event tagging, and dashboards
- Drive consistency across reporting systems (Airtable, Agency Analytics, etc.)
- Define adoption expectations by role (Sales, Delivery, Ops, Finance)
- Build and maintain enablement guides and new-hire onboarding standards
- Measure usage, enforce accountability, and partner with leadership to ensure compliance
- Own and optimize outreach tools (e.g. Pitchbox)
- Standardize prospecting, outreach sequencing, templates, and reporting
- Integrate with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and broader SEO workflows
- Reduce spreadsheet sprawl, manual handoffs, and duplicate work
- Design clean workflows between Hub Spot ↔ Click Up, Airtable ↔ Reporting, and more
- Leverage automation (Air Ops) to scale operations efficiently
- Translate tech adoption into labor savings, capacity gains, and margin improvement
- Quantify ROI by platform
- Track and report impact across executive and ops leadership

- 7–12+ years in digital agencies, SaaS-enabled services, or high-growth ops roles
- Strong operational + financial literacy
- Proven ability to drive adoption and enforce standards
- Systems thinker; fluent in platform leverage, not just tool setup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Tech, Analytics, or Ops
