• Design, develop, and maintain key business metrics tailored to logistic operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document critical performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and supply chain processes.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Write optimized queries and manage data models in Microsoft SQL Server to support reporting requirements.
• Work closely with end users to gather requirements and ensure reports meet their needs; train and support users on newly developed reports and dashboards to drive adoption.
• Analyze current processes and recommend data-driven improvements, bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions and promote user adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dynamic and user-friendly dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with users to understand reporting requirements and provide training; strong communication and presentation skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related role.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity or interest in AI-driven solutions (predictive analytics, OCR, NLP, ML) is a significant advantage.
